christmas day christmas lunch fantastic food helpful staff long hair dusty television grubby tiles
the christmas day lunch was organised very well. the food was fantastic, it was my first time out on christmas day with my family. i recommend it to anyone. the staff were helpful and polite.
i find a long piece of hair on my bed. the television was very dusty. the tiles on the bathroom floor looks grubby and old. i had to ask for a clean cup to drink my tea.

clean bed attentive staff
The grounds were magnificent and very well kept. Our room was clean. and comfortable. with everything you could want! Staff were also helpful and friendly.
I booked a room. but it was missing a bath. Only a shower was available.

The staff were helpful. The garden had beautiful views. The hotel is located just outside the city centre, I noticed. The hotel offers great value for money, I think.
I received a room. It looked very tired. The kitchen extractor fan was outside one of the windows and was loud. It was a main issue for me.

the building has a lovely setting. the room had a good shower and a comfortable bed. breakfast was cooked to order and tasted yummy.
some noise occurred early in the morning because of deliveries.
